A new customer called Pipe Works Services in January with no heat. The unit was making a noise and smelled like rubber when in use. She also told Pipe Works Services senior technician Lloyd that her A/C freezes both in the summer and winter. We fixed her issues, but she wanted an estimate for a new system in the springtime. We came out at the end of May and Installed a new Lennox A/C System and Rheem Hot Water Heater.

A customer called Pipe Works Services for his service agreement service and maintenance visit. Our Pipe Works Services technician provided a diagnosis that there was no access to clean the condensate drain lines. Since they have to be cleaned regularly, especially this particular system, some form of access was recommended to be installed. Pipe Works Services technician Alan and Ryan installed the new EZ Trap for better accessibility. Now build-up in the condensate drain line will be less allowing the unit to work more efficiently.

A new customer called Pipe Works Services with a leak coming from a drainpipe in his basement. Pipe Works Services technician Mario was dispatched and diagnosed that the leak was coming from the P-Trap adapter. Mario was able to replace the drain piping and proper drainage flow was restored!
