A customer called in on a Saturday morning after realizing throughout the night that her heat was no longer working. Our technician Matthew came out within the hour to assess the situation. After Matthew went over all the issues with the 17-year-old furnace, the customer decided against costly repairs and wanted to just have it replaced. We were able to have our installation crew Washington & Odin come out and install a brand-new Lennox furnace. We made sure the customer was in the heat later that night.

Water Heater Replacement.

Pipe Works Services will need the Morris town Pool to be completely drained to do the following work: Preparation and cleaning process: Day 1 and Day –Pipe Works Services will need to remove both grates at the bottom of the pool to get access to the 8 inch galvanized drainpipe. –Pipe Works Services will need to remove all of the debris and flush out both lines properly by a combination of hydro-jetting and a special machine for descaling the internal portion of the pipe. –Pipe Works Services will camera both lines once cleaning has been performed to verify the integrity of the line for perma lining. Pipe Works Services will install the perma liner from both access points in the pool to install a scrim liner. –Pipe Works Services will perma line 90 to 95% of the line due to the fittings that are in the line.

We replaced a steam boiler with a Crown Steam Boiler.

Replaced 3 Condensers all with Signature Lennox Units.
