Replaced Furnace for Customer.

A new customer who found us online was looking to add a tankless water heater to his home in West Orange, NJ. Pipe Works Services technician Pedro was just the guy for the job and so we removed the old 40-gallon water heater and installed a new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater in West Orange, NJ.

An Angie’s List customer found us after experiencing an issue with their toilet. One quick search of a plumber in the Chatham area, immediately listed us as the top rated plumber. With a quick call in the office, and some information confirmed, the customer was scheduled for a same day appointment to address the issue. Bobby arrived to the customer’s house within a couple of hours of scheduling the appointment. After some diagnostic work, he found the issue to be the fill valve and the flapper. Our plumbers carry these items on the truck normally, and Bobby was able to take care of the issue right away within an hour. Bobby ensured the toilet was working properly before leaving, and the customer was extremely satisfied.

Customer turned on his sprinkler system and noticed the pressure was not what he was accustomed too. With one quick phone call to Pipe Works Services, his appointment was scheduled with ease. Our plumber, Bobby came out to the customer’s home same day and got right away to diagnose the issue. After locating the culprit to be the old failing pressure reducing valve, the customer knew it had to be replaced. Bobby replaced the reducing valve and also added a new ball valve to ease any future servicing needed. All was tested in working order and the customer was extremely satisfied with the service.

A new customer in West Orange called Pipe Works Services with a problem that underneath her sink, a leak was occurring. Our plumbing technician Mario discovered the strainer was leaking and needed rejuvenation of seals.
