A customer called in about the attic being cold and wanting a permanent solution. Our comfort specialist Rob was able to come out, assess the situation, and draw up a plan of action. After some calculations and running some tests to compile the necessary information, Rob was able to present the customer with the permanent solution they were looking for. Rob went over all the details of the job with the customer, and we were able to come back and complete the necessary work. The customer noticed immediate results and is on their way to a more comfortable house with lower energy bills as well.

Customer called in after noticing there was a small drip coming from their water heater and various fixtures. Our plumber Chris came out to diagnose what the issue could be. After some time diagnosing , he found the culprit to be the customer’s old pressure reducing valve . Chris was able to come up with some options and the customer decided to replace it along with new shut off valves for the home. Chris had the customer back up and running normally within a matter of hours.

Furnace Replacement.

Pipe Works Services technician Mario installed a new 50-gallon electric Bradford White Hot Water Heater for a customer in Landing. Mario also installed a new ball valve and then reconnected to the existing electric. The customer was extremely happy to have hot water again!
