Furnace Replacement

A customer called in after deciding it was time to make a change to their older leaking kitchen faucet. After going out and selecting the one they wanted, they knew they wanted a professional to come installs it for them. The customer made a call to the office to explain their needs, and we were able to send out DWight one of our more experienced plumbers. Dwight was able to go over the process with the homeowner and was then able to have it installed within about an hour. The customer was able to use their kitchen faucet right away. The customer told us she was having trouble keeping a consistent temperature in her kitchen above an open crawl space. First, the techs removed the old, contaminated insulation under the kitchen and living room over the front of the house and dispose of it in a 10-yard dumpster. They Air Sealed the rim joists in the basement that is on the exterior wall not being insulated. Install plywood under the crawl area of the living room to floor joists. Our technicians installed the GoldSeal Encapsulation System with drainage matting, terra block floor insulation, and spray foam on 3 exterior walls and rim joists in the crawl space under the kitchen. They covered 2 windows inside the crawl space with 2” of silver glow and spray foam to keep the drafts out and install an insulated entry door to the kitchen crawl space. They are densely packed under the living room floor with 9.5-inch joists with TruSoft Cellulose in the crawlspace area.
We also notify the homeowners that we require that all occupants and pets vacated from the premise during the installation and for twenty-four hours after the installation after spraying the foam.

An existing customer called in Montville, NJ, and needed a new outdoor spicket. Our Pipe Works Services technician Rich was able to install a brand-new one, so he is set for the heat!
