The customer had a clogged sewer line, so we were able to locate it and replace the sewer line.

A customer called in after he noticed the additional room he added to the home, was not maintaining the temperatures he was trying to keep it at. After our comfort advisor Rob came out to inspect the home, he found the culprit. In addition to the room, the customer added it had it directly next to an unfinished crawlspace. Rob had a straightforward plan, and the customer knew it was going to take care of the issue. Our installers Gio and Malik were able to come out and get it taken care of within a day.

A new customer contacted Pipe Works Services because his air conditioning was not working. The unit was low on refrigerant so Pipe Works Services technician Jimmy charged it up and added sealers. This measure didn’t work so an option for a new air conditioning system was presented. We installed a 3.5 Ton Armstrong Air Conditioning with air handler and Aprilaire thermostat. This customer was happy with our service and now receives nice cool air in the summertime!

Replaced 2 Air Handlers

A customer in Oak Ridge, NJ experiencing sewer backup. The company will be on-site at 9 am to install the curb box- bring grass seed/hay and try and remove rocks. Finish connections inside the home install pressure-reducing valve and test. Backfill around curb box. Collect Final Payment Water/Sewer Dig Up- need to be at the job site at 7 am to meet water company Pipe Works Services will call for a utility mark out before any work can begin. Pipe Works Services will apply for the necessary permit and arrange the required inspections from the Town. We will contact the water company to arrange service to be connected and turn on.
