Replace all cast iron piping in the basement with PVC piping including a new toilet flange. Pipe Works Services will back fill and tamper all soil in the areas we trenched. We will patch any cement opened including the side walk. Pipe Works Services will apply and submit for all necessary permits. Permit fees are included. Pipe Works Services will call for a utility mark out.
