A new customer in Rockaway, NJ called Pipe Works Services because her drains were clogged. Our technician, Alan, was dispatched and found obstructions in drain that were causing the clogs which were resulting in a backup in the main sewer line in the basement. Alan snaked the drain and retrieved many unwanted items: baby wipes and personal care products shouldn’t be flushed!

A new customer in Mount Arlington had a small leak coming from her 40 gallon water heater. Luckily Pipe Works Services was able to install a brand new 40 gallon Rheem water heater.

Customer had a clogged sewer line so we were able to locate it and replace the sewer line.

Customer called in after he noticed the additional room he added to home, was not maintaining the temperatures he was trying to keep it at. After our comfort advisor Rob came out to inspect the home, he found the culprit. In addition to the room the customer added it had it directly next to an unfinished crawlspace. Rob had a straightforward plan and the customer knew it was definitely going to take care of the issue. Our installers Gio and Malik were able to come out and get it taken care of within a day .

Our technicians were called out to a home in South Bound Brook, New Jersey for a failing sewer line. South Bound Brook is near a river and has a very high water table as you can see from this photo. The weight of the dirt and water pressing down over a long period of time can cause rust and cracking in the old metal pipe. They cut out a section of the sewer line, performed a hydro scour and Picote. Then the pipe lining was placed inside the rest of the existing pipe after replacing the cut out section with PVC pipe.
