Thermostat Replacement
A customer called in after noticing his boiler was no longer turning on. Our technician Matthew could come and diagnose exactly what was going on. After finding out that the thermostat was the culprit, Matthew then went over what options the customer had. Matthew was able to have the thermostat replaced with a brand new Honeywell Programable thermostat model 8463, and the heat was back up and running within an hour. Water Service Repair in Dover, NJ
A new customer in Dover, NJ called into Pipe Works Services Inc. They realized they had a leaking water service to their home. Our senior technician Jonathan, determined this needed immediate repair. We re-routed the water service 1 inch copper K to the left side of the home and penetrated the foundation by the corner near the gas meter. Pipe Works Services Inc opened up the sheet rock wall and ran the new piping across the ceiling and back down to the water meter.
New A/C Condenser in Dover, NJ
A new customer called Pipe Works Services in hopes of getting there A/C fixed. Our technician first saw the coil being frozen. Another technician came back and found the system to be low on refrigerant and advised of a replacement option. They went with a new Armstrong condensing unit
Pipe Lining Construction Project in Brookside, NJ
We will replace approximately 55 feet of 4″ scheduled 40 PVC from the excavated area and will stop before the 45 PVC fitting. Pipe Works Service Inc will Hydro jet from the 45 fittings all the way to the main and clean out the original cast iron sewer line in preparation for permalining option. Pipe Works Service Inc will provide the necessary clean-out and will keep flush with the grass. We will also supply and install 3/4* blue stone underneath the scheduled PVC pipping that will be replaced. Pipe Works Services In is not responsible for repaving the driveway or Belgium block Pipe Works Service inc will warranty permaliner for a period of 10 years from root infiltration. We will warranty replaced PVC line for a period of 5 years, not including clogging of the line due to foreign debris
