A customer in Florham Park, NJ, who found us via Google, had a leaking water heater that was 14 years old. We sent out Zach, one of our trusted specialists, to assess the possible options for the customer.
Zach noticed the tank inside of the heater was cracked, causing water to form outside of the jacket. After doing a further investigation, Zach also found the home's water pressure was not regulated. This caused the thermal expansion protection system to fail on the existing water heater. All of these things needed to be replaced badly!

Air Conditioning Condenser Installation in Dover, NJ
Pipe Works Services went to a call that came in and the customer expressed that his air conditioning compressor may be overcharged. Pipe Works Services technician Zach arrived at the home to diagnose the cause of the AC not working properly Zach found pressures to be over 350psi which is on the high side. the customer relieved the pressure. When Zach checked over the system and found the compressor to not be pumping the refrigerant, he then diagnosed it was damaged from the overcharge and the system needs to be replaced.

A new customer located in West Orange saw us in Clipper Magazine called Pipe Works Services requesting a new HVAC system. She just moved into the house and was not sure if there is existing ductwork. Our comfort advisor Rob offered a Mitsubishi ductless system to heat and cool all the rooms in her home.

The customer called in with an issue about their crawlspace being unconditioned and causing a problem with the piping that was there. New Sewer Line and New Sewer Lining in Wharton, NJ
A new customer who found us online was looking to get his sewer line replaced. One of our senior technicians Jonathan went to the home to video inspect the line to see if there was a repair or deep clog that required replacement. The video inspection of the main sewer line showed that a hydro scouring was needed because there was a major clog, which means cleaning the entire line completely and that would determine whether the line was in good shape for a possible new lining.

The customer didn't want to deal with venting issues that could potentially happen.
