The highlight of job function: To provide repairs, service, maintenance, installation and troubleshooting on primarily residential and some commercial heating, air conditioners and mini splits systems. Plumbing and electrical experience is a plus. Running service calls on weekdays, some evenings and weekends.

- At least 3-5 years experience in HVAC
- Mini-split experience
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift to 75 pounds
- Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on heating, air conditioners, and boilers
- Experience with air quality, basic sheet metal practices, and electrical circuits and wiring
- Willingness to practice continual learning and growth of your skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
