Malik was called out to a home with frozen pipes in the ceiling of a garage in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. The job required us to spray foam a section of the garage ceiling to stop water lines from freezing while removing the existing fiberglass batts. We sealed all accessible rim joists to stop drafts. They Air Sealed the rim joists in the basement that is on the exterior wall not being insulated. Install plywood under the crawl area of the living room to floor joists.
