Customer called in with an issue about their crawlspace being unconditioned and causing a problem with the piping that was there. Our Dr Energy Comfort specialist Rob, came out to assess the situation. He presented the customer with the permanent solution of CleanSpace encapsulation. Customer knew it was the right solution and proceeded with the install. Our installers Charlie and Gio arrived first thing in the morning and got to work. They proceeded to clean out the existing insulation and prep to install the new insulation. Gio and Charlie installed a CleanSpace Crawl space encapsulation. 2” Silverglo rigid board which was bolted and air sealed to the exterior side walls, 1″ TerraBlock foam mat insulation installed over the concrete floor followed by a 20mil thick CleanSpace vapor barrier. Reduce heat loss and infiltration of cold air by sealing and insulating the Rim Joist area with approximately 2″ of Spray foam. Customer noticed immediately a difference later on that night and was extremely happy with the work performed.

Pipe Works Home Services installed a Cleanspace Crawl encapsulation with 2″ Silverglo bolted and air sealed on cinderblock side walls 1″ terraBlock foam matting insulation on floor sealed off with CleanSpace vapor barrier. It’s to reduce heat loss and infiltration of cold air by sealing and insulating the Rim Joist area.

Pipe Works Services technicians Odin, Gio, Odin were out to a new customer in Lake Hopatcong, NJ to install blown in Cellulose Insulation for a new customer. Pipe Works Services Inc. air sealed the holes, gaps, joints, top plates and penetrations on the attic deck.

A call came in from a new customer who found us online requested an estimate for better insulation. They lived at their house for 1 year but rented for 12. Our comfort adviser Tim went to the house and assessed that spray foam insulation would immensely help seal any unnecessary hot or cold air penetrating into the house. Technicians Nick, Malik and Gio were able to seal all the wall tops/penetrations/gaps/cracks in unconditioned space with expandable foam to mitigate air leaks. This work also qualified her for NJ BPI Clean Energy Program where she was eligible for rebates and reduced her energy bills.

Pipe Works Services received a call from a customer in Bridgewater, NJ about some insulation problem areas in their house. They had a problem that hot and cold air was seeping into the house. They also wanted ductwork/exhaust for their kitchen stove.
