Pipe Works Services received a call from a new customer in Lake Hiawatha, NJ that requested a plumber to come out and check a few problems she had in her home, one of which was a broken outdoor hose bib. Our technician Mario was dispatched and diagnosed that the outdoor hose bib was pretty old, hard to turn, and needed to be replaced. Mario replaced the outside hose bib with a quarter-turn hose bib. Now our new customer can have water outside!

Pipe Works Services was called about a clogged toilet drain in Fairfield, NJ. Our technician Rich H. the same day was dispatched and we were able to unclog the toilet drain and restore proper water flow in the drain, which is important to help prevent leaks and large sewer drain backups!

A customer called in after deciding it was time to make a change to their older leaking kitchen faucet. After going out and selecting the one they wanted, they knew they wanted a professional to come installs it for them. The customer made a call to the office to explain their needs, and we were able to send out DWight one of our more experienced plumbers. Dwight was able to go over the process with the homeowner and was then able to have it installed within about an hour. The customer was able to use their kitchen faucet right away. Another satisfied customer.
