New Whole House Pressure Reducing Valve in Benardsville, NJ
Customer called in after noticing pressure issues in their home in Benardsville, NJ. We were able to schedule a same day appointment to suit the customer’s needs. Our plumber, Bobby arrived to customer’s home and starting the appointment with some questions about what the customer was seeing in regards to the pressure issues in the home. Bobby, with his new information diagnosed the issue to be the pressure valve the customer was no longer working properly. While replacing the pressure reducing valve, he did see that the increased pressure took its toll on the customer’s water heater. Bobby addressed this by adding a new expansion tank to the system. Our technician Mario repiped a PVC kitchen sink drain line and bar sink located on first floor. He installed around 25 feet of PVC pipe and drilled through a concrete wall and connected to the customers septic system.

After going out and selecting the one they wanted, they knew they wanted a professional to come install it for them. Customer made a call to the office to explain their needs, and we were able to send out DWight one of our more experienced plumber. DWight was able going over the process with the home owner, and was then able to have it installed within about a hour. The customer was able to use their kitchen faucet right away. Pipe Works Services Inc will cut open the Main sewer line and Hydro-Jet the entire sewer line. We will Hydro-Jet the entire line and re camera to ensure proper flow and drainage.
Pipe Works Services Inc will record before and after and install a 2 way clean out for future access.
Pipe Works Services Inc will use a Picote machine to finely hone the inside of the sewer pipe and prepare the pipe for the permanent-Liner.
Pipe Works Services, Inc will Perma-Line from the excavation site in the front lawn to the main sewer, approximately 50 Feet. Once completed, we will install the new clean out, back fill the hole and apply grass seed.
