Before & After: Plumbing Services

Customer called in after noticing the kitchen faucet was no longer working properly. It was not fully turning on or off. Our plumber Mario arrived and went over the options for the customer as far as repairing or even possibly replacing the faucet. Customer knew it was better to replace the faucet than repair something that was so old. Mario carried a replacement faucet on the truck that customer chose and he was able to replace it right away for them.

While performing annual maintenance on our customer’s heating equipment in West Orange, NJ our technician, Zach, notices the valves on the main water line to be leaking. Upon further inspection, Zach noticed both valves leaking and the whole house pressure-reducing valve to be not operating fully as well. After going over the options, the customer knew this was unsafe and needed to be replaced. The customer set up for the water company to come off and shut off the water briefly while Zach worked on the replacement. Zach was able to get it done in a matter of hours and the customer had no more leaks.

Customer called in after her husband had a failed attempt with repairing the toilet. They knew they needed to call us to handle the situation. Chris was able to come out same day to address the issue. The customer while trying to replace the tank ended up cracking it while tightening the screw. Chris was able to quickly remedy this issue and had the customer back up and running within a matter of hours.

Longtime customer called in after purchasing a new kitchen faucet. She knew there was only one company to call to handle the replacement. Jimmy who is her favorite plumber here, was scheduled for the next day. He arrived at the home and installed it within the matter of no time. Another satisfied Pipe Works Services customer.

Customer called after noticing some fixtures and their water heater have dripping everyonce in a while. Our plumber, Mario came out to diagnose the issue and found the customer’s old pressure reducing valve was no longer working properly. Mario was able to install a new pressure reducing valve right away and the whole house pressure was reduced back to normal operating conditions.
