Water Heater Service/Diagnostic – Customer says pilot light does not stay lit Call. We replaced it with a Rheem hot water heater.

The customer called and wanted to replace the water heater with a tankless heater.

Water Heater Replacement.

A new customer who found us online was looking to add a tankless water heater to his home in West Orange, NJ. Pipe Works Services technician Pedro was just the guy for the job and so we removed the old 40-gallon water heater and installed a new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater in West Orange, NJ.

Customer called in after noticing they were receiving an error code from their Navien tank less water heater. Our technician Zach was able to come out same day and diagnose the issue. After going over some questions with the customer, one thing stuck out the most. They failed to get proper maintenance done. After Zach diagnosed the system, he found the intake screen to be severely clogged. He pointed out this would be caught during routine maintenance visit. After a cleaning and descaling of the unit, the customer’s unit was back to working at factory specs. Customer is now a member with a maintenance plan that covers a cleaning for their Navien tank less water heater every year to avoid future issues.
