Before & After: Water Heaters

Customer called about issue with a leaking water heater. They called in early in the morning and were on the scheduled later on that afternoon . After our plumber Mario arrived to home , he was able to diagnose why the water heater was leaking. The company who installed in before did not add certain components needs to help the water heater. Mario was able to add these with parts he already carried on the truck. Customer was satisfied and more importantly no more leaking water heater.

Replaced both water heaters for customer.

Customer called in after going downstairs and seeing the water heater leaking from the top. Our plumber Dwight came out same day to diagnose what was wrong. After going of the issue and the repair versus replacement options, the customer knew they were going to get anymore time from there already 12 year old water heater. Dwight advised the customer replacement was their best option. He was able to install a new Rheem water heater within a matter of hours. Customer had hot water later that night .

This home in Chatham Township had a very old 75 gallon water heater from 2004 that was leaking.

Our team replaced it with a new more energy efficient Rheem 50 gallon water heater.

A new customer called Pipe Works Services after seeing we are a Rheem Water Heater preferred dealer. He called Rheem and said his water heater was not working. Alan and Rich were on the scene and they repaired the Rheem Water Heater with a new thermopile that the customer received directly from Rheem.
