Before & After: Water Heaters

Long time customer of ours called in after one of his rental properties had a non working boiler. Our Technician Matthew came out after hours to take a look and diagnose the issue. After going through the laundry list of repairs that were needed including a crack heat exchanger which is a safety issue , our customer knew he had gotten everything he could of out of his 30 plus year old boiler. He knew the best course of action was replacement. We were able to order the boiler first thing in the morning and come back to install it next day.

Customer noticed a leak coming from the bottom of the water heater. After our plumber came out and diagnosed the issue to be a leak from thetank, the customer knew there was only one option for the 12+ year old water heater. Our two installers Washington and Shakil were able to come out and installed a brand new Rheem 75 gallon water heater and expansion tank.

Our technician inspected the hot water heater and determined there was damage from rust and diagnosed the job as a replacement. Our warehouse employee picked up a hot water heater and dropped it off to the technician to begin the rip out and new installation on the job on the same day.
