Before & After: Water Heaters

A new customer called into Pipe Works Services in January with no heat. The unit was making a noise and smelled like rubber when in use. She also told Pipe Works Services senior technican Lloyd that her A/C freezes both in the summer and winter. We fixed her issues but she wanted an estimate for a new system in the spring time. We came out at the end of May and Installed a new Lennox A/C System and Rheem Hot Water Heater.

Customer called early in the morning after noticing their water heater was not working. After further inspection they noticed it was leaking. After one quick call to Pipe Works Services, we were able to get them the first appointment in the morning. Zach and Bobby our 2 top plumbers arrived to the home and quickly got to diagnose the issue. After a thorough diagnostic, they advised the customer they needed to replace their water heater. Customer chose to upgrade her water heater to a Bradford White 50 gallon water heater and Zach and Bobby got right to work. Customer did choose to add more safety options to her water heater with an expansion tank, drip pan and new shut off valves.

This Morristown customer was worried about a popping water heater. This was caused by hard water. To prevent its failure and resultant leaking, Pipe Works Services was there to replace with a new Rheem water heater.

Boiler replacement

A previous customer located in Millington, NJ called Pipe Works Services because they were not receiving hot water due to their hot water heater not working correctly. It was in need of repair. Our technician Pablo diagnosed that the electrical board and ignition system failed, causing the hot water heater to not ignite properly. Pablo performed an ignition system renovation to repair the hot water heater, and this customer was able to receive hot water to their home again.
