Our technician was called out to a customer’s home in Watchung New Jersey because the home owner noticed a small leak. Our technician inspected the hot water heater and determined there was damage from rust and diagnosed the job as a replacement. Our warehouse employee picked up a hot water heater and dropped it off to the technician to begin the rip out and new installation on the job on the same day.
