Malik was called out to a home with frozen pipes in the ceiling of a garage in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. The job required us to spray foam a section of the garage ceiling to stop water lines from freezing while removing the existing fiberglass batts. We sealed all accessible rim joists to stop drafts. Spray foam was applied to the underside of the garage ceiling with 6 inches of Lapolla 4G closed-cell spray foam.
