A new customer who found our company through a subcontractor referral wanted to inquire about getting a new boiler and water heater installed. The boiler was 25 years old. They received a quote from another source and had a certain budget to stay in. He was also very interested in financing. Pipe Works Services system design specialist Lloyd provided an estimate for a new Crown Steam Boiler. They choose our company to install a 103,000 BTU Crown Steam Boiler, a new digital electronic thermostat to control the boiler, a new emergency electrical shut-off switch, so the boiler can shut off during an emergency automatically when you’re not around, a new Emergency gas shut-off so that the customer can manually shut off gas to the unit. Our technicians also installed a new flue pipe to the chimney so the boiler can be properly vented and all new pipes and fittings.
