An existing customer purchased a new washing machine and dryer for their home. Once it was delivered the installers stated the shutoff valves for the equipment were not working properly for them to install it. The customer knew one phone call to us would not only have us replace the shut-off valves but also install the machines. Our plumber, Anthony came out and made quick work of the task and the customer was able to get back to doing the laundry later that day.
