A long-existing customer called and said his second-floor air conditioning unit was not working properly. Our HVAC technician Zach found the overflow safety switch to be tripped, which was causing the unit to not run, and also found refrigerant pressures in the system to be very low, which caused the coil to freeze and caused the overflow safety switch to trip.

Solution

Pipe Works Services technician Zach Reset the overflow safety switch, recharged the system, and added leak sealer into the system.
