Challenge
The customer called in after realizing his four seasons room does not hold the temperature that he desires. It doesn't stay cold in the summer or warm in the winter. The customer knew there must have been an insulation issue. Our comfort advisor Rob was able to come out and go through all the issues the customer was experiencing. After Rob did his walk-through and went through the process e was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on. Rob knew immediately what the plan of action needed to be and explained the detailed estimate to the customer. The customer knew this was going to be a permanent solution and knew he had picked the right company.
Solution
Our installers Gio, Nick, and Malik were able to come back on the scheduled day that worked for the customer. We were to Install approximately 4" Closed Cell Spray Foam Insulation on the underside of the roof and end walls of the four-season room at the back of the house. All stud faces will be scraped of overspray. All windows and doors will be covered with plastic. We were done in a day and the customer immediately saw the results.
