Challenge
A customer called in after one of his tenants was not getting any hot water.
Solution
Our plumber Chris arrived at the home to find the water heater leaking from inside the tank. The customer knew replacement was the only option. Chris was able to start the replacement installation right away. During the installation, Chris realized the current venting into the chimney was no longer operating the way it would. Not only was this not up to code for the city but it was a safety issue for the home. Chris was able to address the issue right away and make the necessary corrections, and upgrades. He had the customer's new water heater installed within hours and ready to use that night.
